Ishbiliya Village is an oasis of beauty in the heart of Bahrain, a village that combines the value and originality of the past and the comfort of the present and where the family enjoys real feelings of closeness, devotion and love.

The project was executed on 175,205 square meters and consists of 243 luxury villas for families of medium income, a massive and comprehensive infrastructure project, coupled with the prime location in the heart of Manama City. An area has been allocated for commercial applications, public utilities and residential apartments.

Single Detached Villa:

A massive villa on a land area of 300-450 square meters consisting of four bedrooms in three levels, open reception area on the ground level, a guest suite, large dining room with separate bathroom for the guests in addition to 2 car park. There are also two secondary bedrooms with a common bathroom and a main suite consisting of a large bedroom, dressing area and a bathroom on the first floor. The villa is fitted with central air conditioning to all rooms and hallways and fully fitted kitchen, in addition to a secondary kitchen, a laundry room, and a room and a bathroom for the maid and an area for preparing food with pungent smells in accordance with the highest international standards.

Row House:

This is a large villa on a land area of 240 to 300 square meter land. The expansive design of the reception room in the attached houses offers the family a well- lit living room, a dining room and a guest bathroom on the ground floor, plus 2 car park and backyard.

The first floor consists of two secondary bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a master bedroom with a dresser and a bathroom.

The row house is fitted with single and separate air conditioning units in all rooms and reception areas, in addition to fully fitted kitchen and a secondary kitchenette for preparation of pungent smelling food. Tentative approval has been secured from the competent authorities for construction of an entrance leading to Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman Street which will facilitate traffic from and to the village
